April was great. She was apologetic when I reported no hot water. The power was shut down at night by utility co & heater not reset by hotel staff. Expedia did state hotel had pool & spa but they didnt have either.

It was convenient for us right off I-70 and less hassle and less expensive than driving into Billings, MT. It was clean with the exception of the carpet, which is just yucky in any motel. It is an old facility but the staff delivered excellent customer service.
