DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo.
On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable.
Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable.
I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances.
What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

We arrived for check in only to find out that rooms were going to be assigned on a first come first serve basis as the hotel was overbooked. Even though we had a reservation, ..."

"Not sure what decade the pictures on the website were taken, but it does not look as advertised AT ALL. The door knob on my room was loose. The door didn't actually close all the way, letting in all kinds of bugs. The shower drain barely worked. The advertised "Balcony" is just the walkway to enter ..."

"Not sure if it’s the area but this hotel seems expensive for what it is especially with the extra local fees added at the hotel! It is in a nice location near the lake and a walkable distance from restaurants. Room was comfortable but no coffee facilities in the room - you have to walk down the corridor ..."
