Harless Library Tours

For me, it was a good hotel, low price, older building. I did not care if it had pool or other things. I just wanted a clean room, on the first floor.

This property appears to be under renovation. Had I known that on hotels.com I would have not made a reservation. The room had about 6 months of insects on the window sill.(Lack of pride) It appeared they placed new carpet/baseboard(falling apart) but they did not repair the ceiling/paint plaster was falling off ceiling. Bathroom needs maintance for small items. Staff was friendly but irritated on issues. Breakfast bare bones. But you charge me full price, you don't let clients know of renovations. Do I get a refund?
