Rose Cottage Oceanfront with Private Dock

Oceanfront cottage sleeps 8 people. Close to other Maine attractions. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch looking out over the working waterfront as you hear seagulls and an occasional seal sighting! Enjoy the firepit and toast marshmallows in the evening overlooking the cove. Nothing beats the smell of the ocean and a cool breeze on a hot July summer day. Take in a musical at Bowdoin College summer music theater or hit a local beach searching for sea glass and bring a picnic lunch.

Best cottage ever
The views, the location, the interior decor was all beyond our expectations. Manager was prompt and friendly with answers. Amenities perfect. We didn't want to leave. Actually, when we first walked in, I told my husband I wasn't leaving. In my mind.... I'm still there. Enjoy!

Rose Cottage
Beautiful in everyway!! Best place we've stayed at ever. Super clean,comfortable with almost any amenity you could think of. Beautifully decorated and to top it all off a covered porch with a gas fire pits comfy furniture and astounding view. Need I say more?

Peaceful
The place we stayed was very peaceful. We always got up early to catch a beautiful sunrise. A beautiful place to kayak, take walks and have cup of coffee on the back porch. The area was fun to explore - local college museum of art was fantastic and the small shops in the local area as well as Bath. We enjoyed our stay very much - and wished it could have been longer.

Rose Cottage was simply PERFECT! Incredible views, well appointed both inside and out, beautifully landscaped, great sleeping arrangements... could not ask for a better place! The owners were great, quick to respond to questions, etc. Would highly recommend the Rose Cottage to anyone!

Absolutely Beautiful!
Words can’t describe the beautiful setting of Rose Cottage. Check-in was a breeze, too. The cottage is well appointed and comes equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. My family of four stayed here for one week and the kids loved the sleeping loft. The covered back deck is a real bonus and comes complete with fire pit, outdoor games and kayaks. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful cottage. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, very, very clean, stunning wood floors, cedar closets, not to mention the water views!!! Oh my, words can not express how beautiful the location & home is. Any communication with owners were quickly responded.
