We came for some post Thanksgiving shred. Being early season there is no ski-in/out and the restaurant/bar was closed, but that's ok, we knew that coming in. Number pad door lock is rad, so no misplaced keys. The walls/ceiling are super thin so we heard what must have been the couple upstairs' Riverdance rehearsals whilst donning their ski boots... Wish there was some sort of refrigeration device in the room. There were actually no staff on site, directions and room entry were by email and phone. Resturant was closed, must go to one of the other options in the Sugarloaf complex. Room was adequate and very clean. Windows can open, a nice touch. Absolutely request a handicap room on the ground floor if you cannot climb 2 flights of stairs to the next level for rooms. During the winter season, it is fully operational.
