This hotel is in a fantastic location, right at the heart of shops and restaurants. The room we had was spacious and clean. Check in was really smooth, the staff at reception were lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Whistler

The staff were so friendly and so professional! I usually don’t write reviews, but it honestly blew me away how great they were to deal with. Would recommend to anyone. The location is great for walking everywhere.

I loved the Smithe House; everything was great and included everything you might need. One thing that would make it even more fabulous is that I wish there were housekeeping at least every other day. Aside from that, it was great )) also staff was very helpful as well, they accommodated us with early check-in which was very helpful.

Amazing! We loved our stay here. Fantastic location downtown, walkable shopping and dining, and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Parking was a little expensive but convenient. The location was perfect if you like shopping. Walking distance from lots of restaurants and a nice plaza. Driving distance was pretty good to Granville Island and other key areas. Rooms were large, suite style with a comfortable bed, nice TV, and a full kitchen and fridge if you prefer to have dinner in your room. Staff were very friendly, always helpful and professional, and the amenities were great. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Vancouver.
