“Im writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay, which resulted in a highly disappointing and disrupted experience for my family.
I had specifically booked a room at this location for a night away with my children, as well as to meet friends. A key reason for choosing your property was the advertised amenities, including a pool, exercise room, and breakfast. Unfortunately, upon arrival after a three-hour drive, we encountered multiple serious issues that were not acceptable……

“This “Stayvaction for a night” did not disappoint. Lovely view, friendly staff, spacious room and the Taste of Italy Night in the dining room was a wonderful meal.
This time of year it is hard to use the golf course and outdoor pool, but they are equipped with a spa, workout room, hot tub, sauna and steam room.
Just what we needed to recharge without having to travel hours to do so. Can’t wait to go back.”
