I liked the pool area. The restaurant and bar are great. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The only thing g I didn’t like was the side door was broken. You didn’t need a key to get in. It was fixed initially when we reported it and then next day broken again. Felt a little unsafe as 2 women traveling alone.

The best I like the workers very friendly! It is in the middle of the restaurants and shopping stores! The pool is vey clean but the only thing I was dessapointed is that the pool was too cold!

I was pleased with this room. I never found the wi-fi password though. Also could not reset the clock. No TV station guide. Your bar was out of red wine,had no Stella beer and didn’t have any VO whiskey. Not good. Light dinner was good. We didn’t stay for breakfast this time. Last time wasn’t good. You had run out of fruit, pancakes and your home fried were cut up French fries.

Rooms are nice and clean. But the restaurant is pricey and the food was not up to par. Bar tender also took all the money for a tip when it was for my check. He took the money and charged it to the room. I gave the hotel a week to refund me and they still havent. Wont be back.
