Its a mediocre hotel but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is dirty and in the middle of downtown which would be convenient if it wasn’t in the worst area. It looked as though someone was rob and there credit cards and pills bottles everywhere. The person cleaning the place was weird and seemed as though he was on some sort of drug. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. They also do not answer phone calls or return them.

The hotel was beautiful and classy. The rooms were very nice and clean. My one complaint was the lighting - it was SO dark. There are no overhead lights in the room, just two very dim lamps. But not only that, they have some sort of tint on the windows AND the mirror so you don't even get natural light. I was trying to do my makeup in the mirror and it looked like I was trying to do it at 8pm with no lights on, but it was noon. This is such a minor complaint but it made it difficult to get ready. Other than that one thing the rest of our stay was lovely and comfortable.

Felt safe, extremely clean facility, high-quality toiletries, fluffy & absorbent towels, and sensible layout (space next to bed, electrical outlet next to bed, hooks near shower, hooks along walls).
