Great hotel, Great Staff, shame about the walls
We stayed only 2 nights and were put in the family room as we were 2 adults and 2 children. The room itself was really clean and spacious and the proportions were well suited to a family.
The staff on arrival and during the stay were really helpful and couldn't have done more.
The food was good as we had a buffet included in our meal and they served every conceivable diet.
On leaving, we were also able to leave our luggage for the day until we returned and picked it up as we had a late flight, really useful.
The only reason that this didn't get all top ratings was the poorly constructed thin walls and the layout of the room. Firstly we arrived at 1am in the morning and then found ourselves listening to the next door room TV music blaring through at 6am - not good. Secondly it seems that when they planned the room, they put the wall that holds the TV next to the wall where the next room's bed rests. TV and Wall do not mix. What they should have done is mirror i.e. reverse each room so that the TV's are up against each other on the adjacent walls and the beds are up against each other on the adjacent walls in each room.
