The room was spacious with a lovely comfy bed. I did the wall check and although plasterboard, I didn't hear noise from other rooms. However, I got very little sleep due to the constant buzzing of the mini fridge. I tried to switch it off but couldn't so I reported it to reception, it never got sorted. Also 2 nights out of 5, ( although not the fault of the hotel), some idiot outside had their dog barking from 1.30am until around 6am. I liked the Airport shuttle and although very little choice for me for breakfast (being Vegan), at least they supplied it, quite rare for the US. Also complimentary water each day. Overall great but very little sleep even with earplugs. The hallway carpet on my floor was very stained, black.

I loved How beautiful and aesthetically pleasing the hotel lobby and gym was. Front desk was very kind and personable upon check-in and check out. I would have given this hotel a five-star if it wasn't for the fact that the conditioner bottle and the shelf and the bathtub were broken when I arrived. I would have preferred a microwave within the room .However, given the affordable price, I feel like it was still a good deal and I was pleased with the overall stay.

Very nice and friendly staff. Close to a lot of things. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, etc. really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Excellent service. Really liked that they text if your room is occupied while cleaning. Only not good is volume in restaurant. Also from the bar. We could hear music until very late
