Welcome to East Sails, a picturesque home with windmill located on 1 acre in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Chatham and Harwich shops and beaches, as well as points on the outer Cape. Convenient to Wequassett Inn and other resorts. Secluded 40 x 20 foot salt water pool heated to 82 degrees. Tastefully-appointed home with fully-equipped kitchen for those who treasure the good life on Cape Cod. The house has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twins, and one daybed/trundle in upstairs den. It includes central air, Wifi, 4 flat screen TVs, and a spacious wrap-around deck and outdoor shower. Large screened-in porch offers tranquil views of the pool and sunsets, too. New gas grill supplied by natural gas, so no changing tanks ever! Large lawn for outdoor games and activities. Finished game rooms in lower level of house for the kids and adults(!) to enjoy ping pong, shuffleboard, or a classic game of pool!

Please note: The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the Town of Harwich mandates a 10:00pm excessive noise ordinance. As specified in the House Rules, renters may not host parties.
