Beds were comfortable. Need instructions to get there. No complimentary breakfast. Water was to be boiled before using. Supplied water. Was an older motel.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. I think you should give a discount or free parking for people staying at the hotel. The cost to parks adds up quick.

The accomodations were perfect for what I needed! Getting a bed with a kitchenette too for the price is a steal. One note: the amount of messages from the property managers was kind of intense. I had multiple threads with multiple staff members on email, text, and Expedia, all sharing the same information. I definitely got what I needed, but I don't think I needed dozens of texts to tell me how to check in.

Great hotel everything was Excellent, checking in was easy employees was friendly for my first time there i will most definitely be coming back.... also it was very reasonable in price, close to everything in the downtown area and walking distance as well, parking was reasonable in all this will be my first pick always as long as there are available apartment rooms. I would most definitely tell you book your rooms here first.

Booked this for the pool and central location. It was great to be inside swimming around, watching all the people coming & going from PPG arena, lol! The hotel is close to everything, a short walk (highly recommend The Speckled Egg in the Union Trust Building. Delicious brunch and coffee, wow!) or you can catch a bus to explore further out. Hotel is clean, nice room. Got an upgrade with living room, it was gigantic! So very nice to spread out. Fairly quiet for being downtown. Friendly staff. ++++ for the cookies!
