8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
This hotel is in a fantastic location and it is a very nice hotel but it should not be billed as a 5 star luxury hotel. It is really a 3.5 star hotel.
The biggest complaints are no elevator, they do have a dumb waiter for bags.
The windows are single pane (barely). When people walk ups and down the Suez Canal or Nurses walk you can hear every conversation. There is a bar behind the property that gets loud as well.
Next is no bottled water but the staff did tell me I could feel free to drink out of the sink in the room or go to the bar and get it from the tap there.
Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it to friends or family…no, not billed as a luxury hotel.

8.2/10 Very Good! (1,005 reviews)
Good option for an affordable night or two in the cbd.
Room was clean and bathroom was good. Had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Was able to leave luggage before check in and after check out at reception as well.
All I would say is room was quite small so opening a big suitcase was challenging and the rooms are not well sound proofed. You could hear you neighbours and people in corridors etc.
Having said that I would happily stay again.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
"The room was stunning and super clean and tidy. It had every amenity we needed (except a freezer section in the fridge). Champagne on arrival to celebrate our anniversary made it super special! The shower is hot with great water pressure. The bed was so comfortable and luxurious. I’m just disappointed ..."
