This property is brand new and it was so nice. The staff was very helpful and very nice. We went there for Mayo Clinic. The shuttle was nice so we didn’t have to drive to the hospital and area doctor visits and tests. Wish there was a shuttle from the airport. Overall a very nice hotel.

Leticia at the front desk was fantastic! I had a health related attack on the way back from Atlanta and we decided to stay at the Ritz so I could rest. We stayed at this Ritz on our honeymoon over 30 years ago, had my 50th birthday party at Salt with guests for a weekend, stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and had dinner at Salt also (I highly recommend Salt), stayed many holidays with our children and friends, car shows, and it is still such a wonderful resort. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful resort. We have loved it for over 30 years and hope to keep going there for many more years to come. All of the staff is great, but a special shout out to Leticia. Thank you for helping us.

Upgraded to oceanfront. Bathroom needs updating but everything else in the the room was great. Where do we buy those awesome pillows?? Stephen Mcinninch and Eric at the front desk were so helpful.

The apartment was well appointed, so much so that I ordered a kitchen gadget for my own home that was in the apartment. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies (dishes, pots and pans, storage containers). A kitchen kit with dish soap, sponge and laundry detergent was provided. The area has everything that you would need. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to freeway access. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The shower was HUGE. The apartment was quiet even though the parking lot had plenty of cars. Due to the weather, I was not able to take a dip in the pool or use the putting green.
