"We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Good view of the mountains as it sits opposite on the hill. It is a bit of a walk into town, but we did not mind it. It was really nice to have a walk after dinner! Apartment was clean, simple, but has everything you need. As our visit was in the summer - we did not use the sauna. Be aware the garage is small. We had a van and fortunate not all the spaces were full or we would have trouble getting in/ out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Unterkunft war top! Sehr schöne Umgebung in und um Tiefenbach. Oberstdorf ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus oder Auto erreichbar. Von Tiefenbach ist die Breitachklamm fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wanderung kann nach durchschreiten der Breitachklamm beliebig erweitert werden. Von Vorteil war das die Allgäu-Walzer Card im Buchungspreis enthalten war und somit verschiedene Bergbahnen benutzt werden konnten."

We were allowed to use the large industrial kitchen to make meals, which was fantastic. "This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). We will certainly be back here."

"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. The hotel seemed to be very understaffed, we waited half an hour to get a drink at the bar,we elected to leave the hotel and have drinks in the town. All in all for the price paid it fell short over my stays in budget hotels."

"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."
