"Toen we aankwamen werden we vriendelijk verwelkomd door de verhuurders. We kregen een rondleiding door het appartement door de verhuurder. Het appartement was heel net en proper. Zowel de keuken als de andere voorzieningen waren goed uitgerust. De wifi was stabiel en redelijk snel. De badkamer was zeer proper. De douche had steeds warm water en was makkelijk te bedienen. Ook heel handig dat er zowel boven als beneden een toilet is. Het appartement is goed gelegen, vlakbij Rochefort, maar toch...

Not the fault of the host ofcourse but something to keep in mind. It was only a 5 min walk to the caves of Han which is the main attraction in the area. "As we were traveling through Europe by car, we booked this stay last minute. The house was excellent and in a great location so we decided to stay another night. The price for the place is excellent. The local food is great, and there is plenty of history to learn. My son even caught trout from the Ourthe, and there is a very nice angling shop in town. "We spent three nights at this lovely place, and it couldn't have been more beautiful. The house is located in a charming small town. We met our neighbors, who were all extremely friendly. The property includes a large garden where you can enjoy the sun. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our messages. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. I highly recommend spending your next holiday in La-Roche-en-Ardenne!"

"Do not book to stay here! The room was absolutely filthy, it clearly hadn’t been checked before we were put in there. We stayed for a few hours and then left as it was disgusting and we didn’t feel comfortable to stay until checkout, we actually got ready in the car park as that was cleaner. There was dead bugs everywhere, dust and dirt on the floor and even the toilet roll was covered in dirt. We took pictures and reached out to expedia for a refund, however the manager at the hotel is refusing to provide any sort of money back for this awful stay. Book somewhere else. "
