I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of showing concern or trying to resolve our issues, they were dismissive and acted like our concerns were an inconvenience. Between the poor cleanliness, the lack of concern for guest safety, and the rude customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend staying here, and I hope management takes these issues seriously before someone gets hurt.
