"Very basic."

"I was completely blown away by the accommodations. Went up there to fish, newfound lake before we went to a fishing tournament on lake champlain. The accommodations were 30 minutes from the lake. But so worth it, had 2 bedrooms, the living room couch turned into a bed. There was a kitchen area. A dining area and even a back screened porch. Various spacious queen and very nice.Definitely staying there again"

"I had very little hot water for showering eventually it got better. I was asked at the desk how my stay was so mentioned it. at that I was told I was warned the hotel was under construction. I never thought it would have affected the hot water in my room. I just thought it was rude that she made it my problem."

"There is plenty of parking, The hallways are very dated and smell like a damp basement mixed with cigarette smoke. They say rooms are non smoking but the whole place smells and there are cigarette butts all over the place outside of the room and there are no trash barrels. The rooms are ok, beds are comfy but the bathrooms are very outdated and tubs need attention. The bathroom light we had was very small by the mirror and the shower was very dark. We stayed on on the top floor and the deck on the outside was covered with cigarette buts and it some boards need to be replaced before someone falls through. "
