Hazelton Vacations from $513

We stay at the Radisson with a fair amount of frequency and are always impressed with the consistency of our service and the comfortability of our accommodations. The check in team is always helpful and friendly, even when they're busy. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stay here most of the time when we get to Bismarck. The staff is very friendly; the breakfast is good and hotel is clean.

I have always stayed at this hotel when I visited Bismarck and never have encountered the treatment of myself and my children from anyone in the hotel industry and we travel everywhere! I understand there are hotel policies especially when it comes to the Pool area with the slides, etc. but the way the Manager talked to us and treated us was horrible as if we were supposed to automatically know the hotel polices and accept the way we were talked down on and demeaned. I never had any encounters like this with hotel staff my whole adult life of our travels until this weekend. I feel bad for anyone else who comes in and doesn’t know the pool and hotel policies of visitors (even if they aren’t swimming and stopping in to just for a littele) into the pool and if they have to interact with the manager like we all did. There is a way to speak to people respectful and to treat customers no matter what age or communities they come from. She spoke this way in front of other people who were gathered in the lobby, which is quite embarrassing for everyone. I was approached later from people in the lobby during the interaction outside of the hotel and they agreed with how she spoke to us was not okay, nor professional. So just a warning on that part, I have read a couple other reviews about her now too after the stay, so I would like to add to those. I don’t want it to ruin the fun we have there and how I like to stay there for the pool, but other services were just not it.
