“The room were clean and it was nice to have the sink outside of the shower area so someone can get ready while someone else has a shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.”

“This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.”

“Our room had no outlets for charging our phones or anything, i found only one i could reach under the table so i had to put my watch on the floor to charge it. Shower is there but there is no way to switch from bathtub faucet to the shower. We tried everything. Bathtub is not suitable to lay in it as well. It was the strangest room we have stayed at.”

“This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.”

“Comfy bed, quiet room. Bathroom fan quite loud. Breakfast poor (only artificially sweetened yougurt, meager bread selection for toast, waffles were ok), inadequate table space. Nice selection of tea. For the premium price we paid (had to get a room with a spa due to high occupancy), it was a poor value.”

“One night stay before we drove to rapid city, it was pretty clean. Front desk staff was great, room was clean. Bathroom was fine, but the exhaust vent was covered in dust and dirt. For the price it was a good choice.”

“Was not as stated on site. No restaurant available on site. No pool open on site. Lobby smelled musty and felt overall shabby. While starting to check in, half dressed customer came to front desk complaining of water and TV issues in his room. Rather than stay here, We took a loss on our money and found another place to stay.”

“Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Staff was nice when seen, pool and hot tub was amazing! Kids loved it! Breakfast was good just wish it had a bit more variety or another waffle maker one maker for a family of 5 was not ideal with other trying to eat as well. Otherwise this stay was a delight!”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”
