It’s a converted old house with a lot of charm. WiFi is good. Water never ran out. Electricity was always on. The towels were thick. The A/C cooled the room appropriately. The breakfast was great. There is water and tea available for free in the common area. Note that there is no elevator and the stairs are fairly steep. The only real complaint is that the shower head had accumulated a lot of calcium due to the hard water, and this affected the water pressure. Also, dirt or hair had accumulated in the shower drain, causing the water to drain slowly. Both are easy fixes that should have been caught by the household staff.

The room was spacious with a city view. There were also two complimentary small lebanese sweets and crackers boxes and a big fruit platter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Mohamed and Mr Fadi at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Special appreciation also to Mr Rabih Nader whow accompanied me in the early morning to find an ATM machine before our travel. They were all very helpful and extra friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

Jad and Sara were so helpful beyond their duties, the entire staff we're so pleasant and friendly. Happy to have visited again after all these years to an even higher standard

Location was just perfect! Walking distance to so many places! Simon at the front desk was extremely helpful booking our outings and answering all our questions!
