I’ve seen this place and never thought too much about it. Wow, was I wrong. Great place, location (for me), and the price can’t be beat. Also, it’s more quiet than the other hotels in Fairbanks. Yes, I know.

It was okay. The only problem was they cut out the water without notice and didn't resolve the problem.

We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). We had to ask for linen and did not get new bedding the 3days/4 nites we stayed ( maybe this is the norm now?). The breakfast was bland and did not change. We thought everything was relatively old and outdated, including rugs etc. the fridge was a good size but it had a layer of dust and handprints on it. I felt this was not representative of most Best Western plus hotels we've stayed at.

Secluded location, but close to everything you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Second time there, and will definitely stay again!

Very nice and clean rooms located in a great part of downtown. It’s the perfect basecamp and easy to get in and out of (whether exploring the city on foot or trekking out to Denali, etc.). We will def. be staying here again in the future!
