The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony.
The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them.
The bathroom was dirty and the shower broken. There was no pressure on the water and it would change from cold to very hot in a second.
The bed was an IKEA bed, the cheapest you could find and the chair for the mini table in the room were broken. We were not able to use them.
The pool was outdated and the pool chairs broken. I don’t recommend this place to stay. I picked this facility because we were added to a family trip after the booking was done. But I would have rather stayed at the facility next to this one, hotel Caribe.
