“Man steht jedesmal mind. 15 min. an der Rezeption und wartet darauf, das jemand kommt. Es wirkt sehr chaotisch. Im Restaurant das gleiche! Andere Gäste erzählten, daß im Haus gerade eine Versammlung einer sehr umstrittenen Partei stattfindet und die Angestellten dabeisein wollen. So sollte man kein Hotel führen! Essen gut, aber der Wirt interessiert sich nicht für Behinderte, welche rechte ich mit Assistenzhunden habe, es kommt zu Schimpfereien beim Abschied. Das muss nicht sein. Die Gepäckhilfe trotz Nachtanreise war gut. keine Rollstuhlfähigen Zimmer gemäss EU Norm.”

“In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic.
