“The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment.”

“Lovely comfortable and clean apartment, well equipped though no corkscrew for our wine! we had expected A/C so disappointed there wasn’t any. We had to contact agent to get the heating reprogrammed as was set too high. Also external blinds seem to be set to automatically open which defeats having them for blackout or to keep the room shaded T1 tram nearby and great to get around the city, plus free transport a bonus. Would still recommend apartment”

“The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again.”
