Staff is friendly it’s clean quiet and affordable. And he’s pet friendly!!!!

The stay was very comfortable room was very clean and the staff was amazing the only problem was that the gym and the pool they were unavailable to use and that was very important for my daughter in the selection of the hotel it should have been awarded at time of booking would stay again if amenities became available

breakfast shouldn't be advertised as that, very mediocre.

I arrived late in the evening. The gentleman at the desk was great. The first room I was given had a mess in the bathroom from HVAC work that had been done that day. I was given another room that was better, although there was a little of the HVAC debris. I made the front desk aware but I chose to stay in that room. The hotel is older. The lobby area is pleasant. There is only one elevator functioning. The carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor desperately needs to be replaced. My room showed its age but it was clean. TV with the universal remote was basically useless since you couldn’t access the guide.

The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Good coffee. No staff directly but can message for any issues. Good communication.
