The street itself does not have much charm but the building is clean, quiet and offers excellent accommodations. It definitely checks the important things, clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure and good air quality. There’s a couple of grocery stores in very close proximity. "I really loved the Numa Opera. The location is perfect, close to the train station and within easy walking distance of, well, everything. The beds were so comfortable, I found it difficult to get my travelling companions out of bed in the morning. With the heat wave, the air conditioning was heavenly. There were only a couple of small flaws. One, I would have liked a toaster in the room. Two, more explicit instructions on how to use the high tech appliances would be helpful. Three, more instructions as to what to do when the fire alarm goes off, which it did, would be reassuring. Four, we were told, after the fire alarm incident which left the a/c off for a very short time, we would get a free ice cream and we never did get our ice cream. Other than those small, picky details, I was very pleased and very comfortable at the Numa Opera. It's clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Highly recommended."

"This may be the nicest Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. Many hotels in Europe are not air conditioned, so this was so appreciated. It is also rare to have a free breakfast, and it was extensive. There was a walk to the main part of town, but it was nice to be near the train station when carrying luggage. It is also near Chocolate Nation, which is a fun tour and tasting to do in Antwerp."

Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est qu’il n’y avait qu’1 personne à la réception (qui doit gérer les arrivées et le bar) les 2 fois où nous avons fait le Check inn (vendredi et samedi vers 18h) et nous avons dû attendre entre 45 et 50 minutes."

No reception desk so some may not like that but for me it was fine, very quick to checkin, checkout and get a left luggage tag at the booths."
