Would not recommend/stay again. There were a few things I was willing to overlook and write them off as local charm, but my biggest issue was with the way they provide luggage storage "service". You can leave you luggage with the concierge on the day you check-out, but it will cost you £5 per bag per hour! So there were three of us, suitcase each and one backpack would've cost us over £90 to keep our bags there until 7pm train. Which is absolutely ridiculous.
Other things to be aware off: the rooms face the main street, which gets very noisy at night - we were treated to a karaoke competition well into after midnight. The hotel is advertised as having AC, but it did not feel like it was working, the room got very stuffy and we could not open the windows because of the noise. The situation with elevators is a bit ridiculous, too. But once again, I would've overlooked all of it, if it wasn't for the luggage policy. As it is 2 stars.
