Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team. Communication with the hotel upon arrival and throughout our stay was very pleasant. Even when we had issues with the light in the room, it was promptly dealt with. Ok, food options were slightly limited but we had 5 different restaurant options which meant we were not bored. The location is fab and met our needs. Cleaning was on point and staff were very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again. 😊

nice place rooms a bit dated but overall enjoyed ,old town 20 minute walk but taxi €7

Excellent hotel, staff deliver exceptional service, Raphael was a stand out. Facilities are good and food above average.
