High Bar Harbor Vacations from $354

Stayed for a weekend getaway with my partner and had an amazing time! The staff was wonderful and even upgraded us to a larger room. The Tropicana is great because everything—food, drinks, restaurants, and the casino—is just steps away. We went to the Morgan Jay comedy show, had a blast, and spent the night partying, gambling, and exploring. 10/10 — can’t wait to come back!

Room was great , but our reservation on Expedia was for “king bed , high floor “. When we checked in they told us they only have two queen available at a high floor. We did not get housekeeping the second day, but they were responsive at least and brought towels. The worst part of the experience was Buddy V’s restaurant buddy Boardwalk empire. Took 20 minutes for an egg and cheese sandwich and the cook was doing everything except working. The whole place seemed unconcerned with the long line and they carried on joking , socializing and doing work about 5% of the time . Super inefficient service . Worst part was the sandwiches were cold . Not going back to Harrah’s.

This was our first stay at Caesar's and was rather disappointing. The room itself was nice-- bed was quite comfortable and so were the pillows; however, there was an adjoining room in which you could hear EVERYTHING (and I mean everything-- you could even hear people texting and the toilet flushing, and their entire conversation through the adjoining doorway). We went down to the front desk, and they told us we were unable to switch rooms and had no other rooms available in that tower. They said there were standard rooms avaliable in another tower, but refused to give us the price difference (since the standard room was much cheaper). They said they also had suites available, but wouldnt upgrade us. We chose to just stay in the room since it was already late and too late to find anywhere else, but we were up all night due to the noise from the adjoining room. A few things to also mention: 1. The pool they have listed on their expedia posting is ONLY an outside pool, seasonal summer months only. We were disappointed that the pictures of the pools posted were not indoor pools for guest use, but were in fact spa pools (only accessible for additional cost). 2. I'm confused as to how they justified a $39 resort fee tacked onto the cost, when there was no use of pool facilities and their promoting of the hot tub/pool being accessible for guests was very misleading. 3. They have a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. We will not be returning-- definitely not worth the $$.

Staff very helpful, clean room, close to Hard Rock. Bed comfortable.

Being this is a 5 star hotel, it didn’t seem like one. There were bad stains on the bed head board and the toiletries quality was bad. Less towels- room service never picked up the phone when I needed another towel. Some 4 star hotels amenities and service are much better than this.
