The check-in process was horrible. The manager made an effort to assist individuals at the end of the line rather than assist the ones that had been waiting for over an hour. Also the express check-in kiosk were not working.

Nothing spectacular about this property. The location is what Caesars in AC has. The only Tower to stay in is the Centurion Tower. The Forum Tower is dirty and dingy. Self checkin is a joke. You do it online then go to a kiosk to get your keys. It would be nice if the kiosks actually gave you the keys. None of them worked and we could not avoid the long lines. Caesar’s properties all have issues with checking in. It does not matter if it’s AC or Vegas. Always has been an issue!
