The elevators going down are so slow that we thought we were stuck every time we used them. Hallways were at least 90 degrees. Room was musty and fixtures were just worn out, damaged, stained, or half-broken. Staff was fine, but facilities need more maintenance. We would pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time.
Also, the closet smelled of old shrimp. The mini-fridge was very warm and stinky as well. I think the cleaning staff are doing the most they can, things just need replaced.

When traveling with a pet, it seems they give you a less clean, less put together room. If you are going to put people traveling with pets in a less desirable room then we should not be paying the regular room rate and a pet fee.
