"Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The linen was dingy, the bathroom toilet leaked, the towels were dingy, there was no meat during breakfast. We had to change rooms because our first room condition was so awful. There is no way that this hotel should be rated an "8.0". As a result, I will never stay in another Quality Inn & Suites. "

"PARKING WAS FINE. CHECK IN WAS EASY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED SMELLED OF CIGARETTES. WE WERE PROMPTLY GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, NOT UP TO PAR FOR CLEANLINESS. THE SHEETS WERE ROUGH, AND THE TOWELS HAD AN ODOR. THE STAFF WERE GREAT!"

"Housekeeping leaves A LOT to be desired. There was poop droplets on the bathroom floor. Shampoo and conditioner from the wall dispenser was running down the wall in the shower. There was also a 2 1/2 inch tree roach running around in there that I had to trap with a plastic cup and flush down the toilet. There was a milky white substance that stained the sofa. The desk, mirror, and bathroom counter had nasty smudges and residue on them that you could see and feel. The microwave didn't work. The view of the sunset would have been nice but my windows looked like they were covered in dried saliva. Breakfast was good, but after everything else I shudder to think of what horrors might exist in their kitchen. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel. I mostly certainly will not return... "

"Bed was not super comfy. Needs a pillow top or to be replaced. Breakfast was ok but not very well stocked up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Very clean..nice place to stay over all..but the staff was very very slow at check in...went down for breakfast asked for more waffle mix..and it took 30 min by then we were done ..the lady was sitting on her phone..but the rooms were clean"
