The room was big, clean, amazing facilities. The staff was kind even though I check in late around midnight. They helped is with our meeting rooms, nice stay

The room was excellent, and staff was courteous. I have two complaints, however. I had prepaid the reservation. When I arrived, they took a further deposit of $400 against my card for "incidentals." When I checked out the next day, they took a separate charge for incidentals (valet and wifi use), and failed to credit back the full $400, instead keeping a charge of $180.30. 5 days ago I spoke to them, they admitted the $180.30 was an error, and it would be credited back. As of today, 5 days later, they hadn't done so. I called again and was promised that they would credit it back today. My second complaint is that although they have a parking lot, use of the valet is mandatory. I wasn't expecting that, and didn't appreciate the over $50 charge for the valet.

Location very convenient but everything else was not as you expected for a Hilton.
