"No staff for late-night arrivals; call ahead for special handling (try not to be late; limited outdoor lighting). Hotel is in tiny part of small town; not much around (few residential houses and park); requires a lot of navigation from Autobahn (not "easy-on/easy-off"). Rooms and hotel are very basic; nightly price is therefore also lower. Room is only where you'll want to sleep and shower; no reason you'll want to stay in the room if you can find any reason to be elsewhere. Breakfast is buffet...

"Quiet, secluded old nostalgia style hotel which might not be to everyone’s taste, but I I personally found it quite charming. The restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast plentiful. Every member of staff is really helpful and efficient. Will definitely go back."
