The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is good. The wi fi was a little slow on my last day but otherwise very good. The disabled access bathroom was excellent in my room. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect! We had room 703 which was top floor (of guest rooms) with an amazing corner window overlooking part of the city. The amenities and facilities were spot on and the location couldn’t have been better with plenty of parking, shops and bars in the vicinity. What a fantastic idea the Social Hub is and we’ll def be back. Only wish we were staying longer than one night! Thank you :)

My room was nice, but as a Pregnant lady, I was surprised that there was no step-free lift access which made it difficult to carry my bags to my room. I also received a "wake up call" in the middle of the night, which was for a different room. When I complained about this, the team apologised but generally laughed it off, which frustrated me. The breakfast was fairly nice, though basic. In general I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately.
