Staff seemed friendly but the overall feel of the hotel was that it was more of an apartment building. A lot of guests had dogs and seemed to come and go through staff doors, which reminded open or propped open. Just odd. The beds were full size NOT queen. Room seemed clean but like it had been sitting for awhile. Pool was warm and really clean for an outside pool.

The room was dirty-dead bugs laying around, bedspread had stains, towels thin, carpet stained and ripped. Homeless people hanging around outside. Breakfast area very limited selection, coffee cups were the small ones used in room. Chairs mismatched and scratched. Will never stay there again. Have pictures

The property was not very clean and a lot of people hang around the building who was druggies. When we came up to the back to go to our room the was another person who was saying there with a couple other people rolling a marijuana joint. I understand it’s legal in a since but it’s still illegal at the same time. I will not be staying there again. This is actually the second location of the Quality inn the first we had reservations with and paid for it before we went. They said they did have no reservations for us and couldn’t help us there pool was green and nasty. But on the web site it shows a very nice pool operational. But when you got there it was closed until further notice and green and nasty. So I would recommend not staying at Quality Inns unless they have good reviews. This would be the Seaman, OH location and the Maysville Ky locations

Outdoor pool still closed. room I was placed in shares a joining wall with laundry room they had it going till 3 am almost could not sleep. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal or packets of hot cereal and toast or pancakes despite the set up for eggs and other things non were there during posted breakfast hours.

This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet. The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room. The second room was better, but the shower hand rail was not attached in the tub. The holes where it was attached were mostly covered with some kind of tape but there was also rust. The staff were very friendly. However one of the staff was feeding a baby in a high chair in the middle of the lobby. Maybe the staff live there? Overall the property was only 5 minutes from Hospice of Hope, which is where I was visiting my mom. The location was convenient to that, but local amenities were scarce. 25 minutes to a grocery store and 35 minutes to Hillsboro where there are a few more restaurants.
