Nice place to stay , enjoyed the stay

Great location, great staff.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. My only issue was that there isn’t an elevator. It’s tough dragging two suitcases, plus bags to the second floor.

I already had serious reservations when I booked the suite, and unfortunately every one of my concerns turned out to be fully justified. I have never stayed in a hotel as poorly maintained as this one. The smell in the corridors was so unbearable that my children and I had to rush through them as quickly as possible. We had taken precautions by bringing our own sheets and bedding, which proved necessary. I was truly disappointed because the hotel has real potential, and the daytime staff we encountered seemed quite friendly and helpful. Still, we had so little confidence in the cleanliness that we never once used the breakfast service. The whole place really needs a complete overhaul.

Absolutely atrocious hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP WITH BEDBUGS. Disgusting. Dirty. When I FILMED bed bugs within the sheets and mattress of the bed and brought the video to the front desk, they informed me they couldn't give me a refund until they went through a dog-sniffing protocol to 'find any bed bugs', ignoring entirely that I had pictures and videos of them. I've called the hotel many times. Emailed them. Got Hotels.com to complain. Nothing. I'm out over $100 dollars, traumatized, had to find another hotel at 11pm, had to do 3+ washes of all of my stuff to be sure I didn't bring them home, and I didn't even get a lame apology or acknowledgement from "hotel".
