"The hotel itself was pretty good based on its price. Stayed in 214 room, plenty of parking space, clean room, quiet, pool was open. Customer service didn’t exist. Joanna at the front desk didn’t say a word during my check in. Looked like she hates everyone. They don’t pick up the phone either when you call them. Joe was good. They charge an additional $25 if you want to check in earlier even if the have clean rooms available. I came at 2 pm with my toddlers and had to wait as they didn’t have...

"This was our 3rd stay at this condo property and the 3rd unit that we stayed at. The facilities at or near the property are great. About a 8 minute walk to the beach, 2 pools and a lot of tennis courts. This specific condo was near the front of the complex which we really liked. It is a 3rd floor without an elevator. No problem for us, but it might not be for everyone. The condo was well stocked with towels, linens, and starter soap and paper products as well as hair dryers in each bathroom....

"We had so much fun here. The condo was perfectly sized and the two bathrooms made showering after the pool/beach super easy with kids. The beds were comfortable and the extra amenities in the condo made it feel like home. 10/10 recommend!"
