“This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.”

“The first room smelled like Urine and Musty and the the second room, had a smell as well and pubic hair around the toilet seat, the shower door had so kind of residue that dried up looking nasty. The sheets had a stain on it as well as on the duvet a yellowish stain. I called front desk, because I booked a king and it was late they didn’t even offer a double but when I asked and offer to pay whatever else it would cost she claimed it wasn’t any rooms. That was incorrect because she said they……

“Everything was good. Clean and very friendly staff. Pool and one of elevators were not operational which was the only downside. Everything else was great.”

“Unfortunately I was charged TWICE on the WRONG card and charged a late checkout fee, which I asked to be removed for the inconvenience of being double charged on the wrong card and was DENIED that request. Then when I called to ask for additional towels the first time the office lady did bring them to my room right away. The second night I asked for additional towels I had to go down and get them myself from the office.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Rhett House Inn! The breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were beautiful, unique, and full of charm. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back.
