"This was the perfect spot for a girls’ trip! Being right on the water added so much beauty and created an extra layer of relaxation—we loved it. We spent our days paddle boarding, cruising around in a paddle boat, and just soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The hammock was a dreamy spot to unwind, and our evenings around the campfire making s’mores were unforgettable. Everything about the location was wonderful, from the inviting outdoor seating areas to the spacious, comfortable indoor spaces. Plenty of room to relax, connect, and make memories together—a truly gorgeous.Check-in was easy and host was very communicative when we had a question! "

"This cabin is absolutely perfect! It is very clean and cozy, and is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the secluded location yet it is close enough to everywhere we had planned to go. The owner does an excellent job of communicating important information...better than any others that I have experienced. We really hope to return to the area in the future and will definitely be staying here again!"

"I enjoyed my stay and the room and bathroom was very nice, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the room had an unplugged lamp, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, also there was no housekeeping available to clean the room and no do not disturb signs, also I didn’t know where to get extra towels and shower pads, I also didn’t feel safe with all of the people loitering around the parking lot and in the lobby…I wouldn’t bring my teenage daughter there with me."

"Cozy and quiet. Tucked into the woods with a pond full of singing frogs. Cabin was clean and well equipped with all we needed for a long weekend. Bed was comfortable.We enjoyed nearby Corning Glass Museum and Letchworth State Park.wish the windows had screens so we could have had them open since the weather was cool enough."

"This property was perfect for our needs. It is a quiet lake with several options for entertainment in the area. The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was supplied with linens, towels, toiletries, yard chairs, fishing poles, a canoe, a flat bottom boat, paddle boards, a a couple of kids kayaks. The property was also very clean and had plenty of room to sleep 6. The host responded to any questions we had within a couple of minutes. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone interested in staying in the area. "

"We had a good stay property was clean. We were on the go most of the trip, close to Letchworth park."

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"We always enjoy staying at Colleen's cabin and are grateful that she opens it for guests! It's a well-done hunting cabin that has a lot more comforts than others in the area. Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. "

"My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate was in the cabin binder. I would like to add that if you stay here you absolutely must.... go horseback riding at Overland Morgan Horse Farm, and you must grab breakfast pastries from the Laine women who sell them in the old Beaver Pharmacy building by the stop light in Canisteo. Also, if you don't mind the drive, white water rafting (mild rapids) at Letchworth park is a breath-taking experience you will never forget.I hope to stay here with my family again soon!"
