"I absolutely loved staying here and so did my children. It was a quiet town very friendly people. The staff was amazing. We met three different staff members one on arrival one during the stay and one on departure and they each treated us amazing. We also got early check-in and we got an extended checkout the restaurant Felix a part of the hotel was also amazing. The rooms were clean. The water was hot and nice. "Good hotel for what you need if you are visiting Europa-Park. The buffet breakfast is ok, but located in the Babylon Spa hotel, a short walk away. Room was clean but ok comfy wise. Did the job "

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very good with a comfortable bed and a view into the woodlands and lake at rear. Food was excellent at the restaurant and we would recommend the fixed price three course meal and local beer. Parking was free and easy. Would recommend this hotel."
