"The stay was great, rooms were lovely and staff were polite. Except one staff who welcomed you into the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional when was asking questions and got snappy. Also told me family wasn’t allowed into the hotel, even though there’s multiple signs that says non residents welcome. However, everything else was incredible and would book here again."

"I likes the hotel over all if you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from city center and sea. Easy check in and nice reception staff, room and swimming pool which located in the middle of the hotel. "This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and for the most part quiet (you can hear the entertainment go until maybe 11 pm or so), with a wonderful view. However the bathroom was needing updating and not the cleanest, we were only told on the third day after asking the only way to get the room cleaned is by leaving they key at reception. The WIFI is terrible. There is also no free shuttle as the description suggests. "
