Not accommodating,room was very dark. Few amenities for the price. The staff on the room floor were wonderful

The place was a classy endeavor from top to bottom. Staff was always friendly and helpful, property was clean and beautifully appointed and designed. I do wish the steam room and sauna were more private (a reservation did not mean exclusivity) and less uptight about swim trunks, but that's just my opinion.

Cannot say enough about our stay here. We stayed just after Christmas for a couple nights and I know it’s crazy but the hotel staff made us feel like we were the only guests staying there. So much care was taken to make us feel special and welcome, from check-in to meals in the hotel to daily greetings with staff throughout the hotel. It is also whimsically decorated at Christmas with lots of attention to detail. The rooms were small but comfortable and super well appointed. We wanted for nothing! Love this hotel and will certainly stay again!

This is a lovely hotel that is clean and close to the sites of the city. You are within walking distance to the Petite France district which houses the cathedral, Christmas markets, shopping and many restaurants. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely, it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a wonderful perk with generous offerings. We were, however; disappointed with the service we received. Upon arrival, we were made to wait some time and not given appropriate information for our stay including; check-out times, cleaning, the location of our apartment and assistance with our baggage even though we requested it. We were also given the keys to the wrong room and entered a room that was occupied. Our keys never worked throughout our entire stay and we had to get new ones every time we came and left which was quite inconvenient. We were told that we could not lock our room from the inside as this is why the keys were not working, which made us quite uncomfortable, We also requested cleaning and left our door sign out from 11am-11pm and our room was never cleaned. We really enjoyed the room and location of the hotel, but the service left something to be desired.
