The staff is amazing! Would stay again!

The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! Fully enjoyed the pool, sauna, and hot tub also.

Absolutely friendly staff, willing to accommodate for anything and even got an earlier check in that expected. Everything worked out perfect for us and to top it all off we are at the trailhead to some of the best trails in Sedona in our backyard! This is the place to stay if you’re an outdoor enthusiast like us!

This is the most rundown Hilton property I've stayed at since the Moab Hampton Inn years ago. It's dingy, outdated, the halls offer kind of a "REDRUM" vibe...some fresh paint and new carpeting would go far to improve the aesthetic experience. The neighbor above me would smoke on their balcony, blowing smoke into my room and ashing on my balcony while I was trying to enjoy the morning or evening air. The staff mostly had a flat affect...I couldn't tell if they were preoccupied, nervous or disinterested. I probably would have given it a lower rating if the conference that I was attending hadn't been absolutely fabulous.

Area has a breath taking view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bath tub was relaxing. The bed uncomfortably and noisy. Rock view was really not a view from the first floor room angle.
