The hotel is older and is showing some wear and tear. Housekeeping had to be told to vacuum. Bathtub drain had a ball of hair that slowed the water from draining out. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was perfect.

Property needs upgrading and better maintenance. Severe drainage issues in the bathroom shower and poor air circulation throughout the room. Air conditioning was ineffective and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. Should also consider offering breakfast in the restaurant. The grab n go pantry was less than desirable. Front desk staff was below average and didn’t want to be bothered. Would not stay there again and would not recommend.

Location is good but they charge $30 a day for Valet Parking when you can park, literally 12 feet across the street in a Public garage and save, at least, $10 a day! The lobby looks clean and modern and I suspect they have recently done some renovations to the rooms but the showers look a bit like a Patch up job. Also, they chose a textured wallpaper for the bathroom walls which, although nice looking may not have been the best choice, particularly in the area next to the toilet where “spray stains” are clearly visible, if you get my meaning… Towels were clean but the bath tub was stained and cracked and, although we left our room before 9 a.m both mornings, our room was not cleaned once in the two nights we stayed there. On the first day we saw their cleaning staff doing the room next to ours when we came back at lunch time to change into fresh clothes before going out for something to eat but they were gone when we came back out, 15min later and apparently never came back and then, on the day we checked out (we left a day early because of hail and storm warnings) we saw the same couple, a man and a woman, with their cleaning cart, standing outside the elevators talking, apparently, not having made it to our room that day either. This hotel is conveniently located and somewhat renovated but, if given the choice, we probably would not stay there again.

1st - its 30 dollars a day to park your car. You wont be told that until days after you made your reservation. The also charge 2 dollars to go get your car every time you need it, which you are not told until you arrive. 2nd - the hotel was WAY too expensive for what it was. The pictures make it look like a very "upclass" place, but don't let that fool you. Its not. It felt like a cheap motel with a better choice in furniture. 3rd - The room itself was terrible. The bathroom was pretty gross, the shower especially, and the shower head was broken. It would spray water everywhere from the back of the shower head except from where the water was supposed to come out from. The bath tube was absolutely disgusting. I had better toiletries offered and surrounding hotels that cost half the price per night. The AC did not work. No matter what I did to control it, it did nothing and it was pretty hot this weekend. We told the front desk the problem, and the only fixed the showered. 4th - lastly, we requested a late check out. A hotel is supposed to tell you if a late-checkout costs anything and they just said "Ofcourse, you can checkout at 12." And after I checked out and asked for my receipt for my stay...they charged me 75 dollars for it. They also charged me a charge of $52.25 outside of my deposit I left and would not tell me what it was from. The woman at the front desk "had no idea" what it was from Nothing on my receipt reflected this charge - so I will be disputing it.

It’s in a great location with a 15 min walk to Riverstreet and other great restaurants. Staff was nice and the restaurant was closed but we were able to just take care of food on Riverstreet. Valet is $30 everyday overnight. Also there is a $50 incidental deposit… of course you get that back! It was a nice hotel though! Would definitely come back

Everything was fine. Just that. Coffee in lobby and room. Everything seemed clean. Staff was pleasant. Two little things bothered me a tad. I asked the desk to call a taxi to take me to the airport. They handed me a business card of a taxi driver. I called and no one answered. I asked for change to break a twenty so I could leave a tip for the maid. They are a cashless property so I left her nothing. I still feel bad about it.

Staff was phenomenal. Hotel would have been great but the bathroom does not have a vent/exhaust. After a shower, it is as if you cannot breath well. If staying with a friend, it’s tough to leave a door open to get air. Coffee maker did not work but staff took care of that immediately.

Best part was the early check-in option, as we arrived early in the morning. However, our room had mold in the shower, and the breakfast we had looked forward to next day didn't happen because dining room suddenly was closed. We had to scurry to find somewhere to eat before leaving for bike trip.

This is the absolute worse property I've stayed at in a long, long time. I booked this through the expedia website which rated this place as a higher end hotel. The folks at expedia need to get out and see what they are selling. Here's what we got by this"high end hotel" coffee machine broken, shower drain plugged (drain was full of hair) so that tells me the cleaning staff never cleans it, bathroom vanity drain plugged. The table between the beds had dried water rings and smears from drinking glasses from previous guest, so it wasn't cleaned from the last stay. The carpet around the walls were filthy and the bathroom floor was filthy. If you are staying in Savannah I would look else where.

Enjoyed our stay here. There were dome minor eye sores with water damage on the wooden bathroom doors and a bit of staining in the shower but overall it was a good place to stay

The property was good. Highlights - the beds were good. Felt pretty safe & the room was clean. Me, my daughter (21) & granddaughter (16) had a good time. Our favorite valet, Cleveland was great. Made us feel at home & cared for. Sounds strange, but what a gift for me and my girls! I don’t take our safety & well being lightly, so thank you Cleveland!

The staff was great! Debbie the valet was so so nice and had great suggestions for restaurants, we really liked her. Room was nice and the beds were so comfy (would love to know where they get their mattresses) water in shower could have been a tad hotter. Overall we had a great 3 day trip to Savannah!

Party of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and stayed in adjoining rooms. The property is walking distance to the visitor's center, restaurants, and river if you are a walker (might be a bit far for children or elderly). Staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms are nothing special, but served the purpose. (Could use hooks or towel racks in the bathroom, mirror near an electrical outlet in the main room, bedside table on both sides.) Water pressure in shower was great. Mattresses, bedding and pillows were nice. There was a bar open in the evenings.

Lack of microwave in room, limited channels in the room1-24 unable to watch NCAA basketball games. Also, someone turned on the heat in their room which ignited a small fire. This occurred at about 12:00 am We moved to a different room on a different floor at that time. The fire department was called to assess the situation. Staff members were attentive and responsive but unable to do much about either situation.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The room and hotel overall were clean and quiet. SO-SO: The water temperature dropped while in the shower but didn't get cold. I assumed because multiple usage. They will probably need to get a new hot water heater soon. Did NOT Like: A significant $$$ hold plus a $5/day charge was put on my card on the day of check-out in addition to the hold I was told about and signed for during check-in. The young lady could not give a satisfactory explanation as to why, but I did not want to cause a scene. She said it would come off in a couple of days. We'll see. I don't like those kind of surprises.
