Two ladies that greeted me and my family when we arrived first day, they were amazing. Hard to find workers that care and make sure that your customers are satisfied. They did all that and some... Dislikes was hot water wasn't hot enough and issues with toilet bowl. Breakfast buffet was horrible, cold and it felt like it was all left or worse. Not worth $20

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the second time. I truly love this place, the nature around it, and the chance to relax in the jacuzzi. However, I would kindly ask that you pay more attention to its cleanliness and proper sanitation.
During our previous stay, we were offered meal options and could choose what we preferred. This time there was a buffet, but the same food was served two days in a row, which we didn’t enjoy very much.

House cleaning ladies were lovely. There should be a bar in the lobby. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, but one complaint: the handicapped bathroom door is incredibly heavy and the room is too small for a wheelchair. You should ask someone in a wheelchair for design advice.
