“A beautiful guesthouse personally operated by a family of seniors. Beautiful ocean facing house with multiple individual rooms for renting. There is a common kitchen for use. Rooms were very well stocked with amenities and clean and tidy rooms.”

“Very cool place to stay! Perfect not to far out stop for our ring road trip. Beautiful views and a perfect place to do some remote exploring.”

“Enjoyed my stay again in general, clean and comfortable. Host was helpful when I had a hot tub temperature issue. Two even better if's: I wish they would proactively send you the check in like others do, instead of making you contact in advance. The towel rail was making a big noise clanking on the wall which woke me up.”

“有點歧視亞洲人。我不喜歡被安排在二樓，一樓還沒滿，我跟櫃臺講我腿腳不方便，她還跟我說，才幾個台階而已，二樓風景比較好。我們回來就要休息了，要風景幹嘛？後來才明白在打發我。上去果然只有我一戶。 浴室的下水道水流很慢，洗起澡來很不痛快。其他簡易的玻離桌椅搖搖晃晃。 早餐很好吃，但下次不來了。”

“Kleines guesthouse mit fabelhaftem Gastgeber, der immer für ein Gespräch bereit war. Wir erhielten viele Insiderinformation über Island von ihm. Das Frühstück wurde persönlich zubereitet und war sehr familiär. Das absolute Highlight war der hot tub vor dem Haus mit Blick in den Fjord. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!”

“There is a hidden cleaning fee (Expedia stated 5000 ISK but there is a sheet in person that corresponds to 100 euros or 14000 ISK) that they will charge if you don't dust the furniture, mop the floors, and strip the beds, which I thought was completely unrealistic to expect from guests. Communication with the host cut off once we had checked in. My friend had bed bug bites that were never addressed. The property is sufficient but the communication with the host and the expectations ruined the……

“Communication was excellent. Nice, quiet location. You have to fill the tub yourself on arrival which takes some time, but instructions were clear and easy. A great spot!”
