Keyless concept a hassle. No front desk. All digital. Bed was soo high i had to remove box spring to sleep, buildings not properly labeled,lighting in room awful. Youre on your own if you forget your phone in room or out and about and phone dies. Everything done via phone. Moronic. Layout of hotel created by idiot who didnt test it. TV hangs over seating area so you hit your head, shower floods bathroom cause theres no door to it, hangers for coat are situated above luggage bench so they drape into your luggage. Hated this place. If you want to be annoyed at every step....code to walk in front door, phone needed to scan into your apartment and most annoying was getting gym card. Had to swipe phone into luggage room, open safe with code given thru whats app, get key from safe, exit luggage room and go to post box in hallway with key, to receive gym card. Every day that i wanted to go to gym i had to request codes via whats app! Atrociously annoying. Worse place ever!
